Every driver is important and your booking-related issues are worth our time pondering over. So we aim to respond within 6 hours in order to provide a better solution for you.
After every trip, we will prompt you to rate and review your trip experience through the app. Your feedback is important and you can even report abusive passengers or those who fail to show up. We may suspend the passenger’s account.
